I have acted for a variety of developers on projects throughout the Auckland region helping them to set up subdivisions and infrastructure staging. This has included:
Masterplanned housing at Hobsonville Point for Avanda; Acting for Auckland Council selling land for housing outcomes including at Hobsonville, Three Kings, Henderson, and New Lynn; Acting on greenfield residential subdivisions, townhouses and unit title developments.

I have recently acted for the HR Group on its Elysian Apartment Project in Parnell. This has involved site due diligence, site acquisition, resource consent issues, SPA negotiations, and construction contracts.
